Refund, Resend & Returns Policy

We work with the best suppliers we can find and we have tried everything that we share with you, ourselves. 

If you have any problems with your purchase then read through the information below and let's see how we can help you.

You must contact us within 7 days of delivery.


1. Damage

We and our suppliers can offer a full refund or a replacement if your goods arrive badly damaged.

Please email us with photos or videos of the tem to clearly show the damage, within 7 days of delivery.

2. Order delayed

You must contact us within 21 days from your order date so we can chase this up with our suppliers.


Please be aware that if your order shows up in our system as 'pending' your order may have arrived at your nearest post office for reasons such as: an insufficient address; package unclaimed; no such house number, etc. so we may ask you to check at your local post office.

3. Order not received

We and our suppliers can not refund or resend the items if the tracking information shows the order is 'delivered'.

Please note that your local distributor will attempt to deliver your items between1-3 times.

If it is still unclaimed during the delivery period, it will be returned to the local post office for storage in 3-7 days.

You will need to pick up the package from your local post office otherwise your item(s) will be returned to their logistics company but they will not take resposibility if products are lost during this process.

If you have provided a wrong address you will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.

4. Incorrect or missing products

Our supplier has a strict quality control process before products are dispatched. If they make a mistake with your order they will address it as follows:

a. For incorrect products - a full refund or replacement.

b. For products with wrong color, size which doesn't affect product function, etc - a refund or resend. 

c. For parts missing which doesn’t affect product function -  a partial refund may be issued or the missing part will be sent; for parts missing which affect the product function our supplier will send the product.

d. For accessories, CJ will resend the accessories.

e. If our supplier has made an error in the size please measure the product according to the correct measurement method and provide us the photo of measurement. We'll then pass this on through their dispute team.

5. Orders Cancellation

A full refund can only be given before products are processed by our supplier. Please be aware that their systems are automated so cancellations are time sensitive. Contact us asap and we will do our best to get that information over to them in time. 

6. Force Majeure

We and our suppliers can take no responsibility for any product damaged or shipping delay caused by the act of God, including but not limited: epidemic situation, international situation, strike, war, earthquake, flood, virus, storm, heavy snow, customs inspection.

7. Destination Limits

Due to limited international transportation we and our supplier will not accept any disputes from the following countries:

7. Unacceptable Disputes

We and our suppliers shall not accept any unreasonable disputes, including but not limited to:

a. You do  not like it.

b. The product description is not real.

c. Products smell unusual.

d. You ordered the wrong items

e. The shipping address was provided incorrectly.

f. Product difference was negotiated in advance.

g. Tracking information deleted by logistics companies or local post offices.

h. In some cases, packages returned/discarded/detained due to the consignee’s failure to comply with the work of customs clearance in line with the foreign trade policies of certain countries.

8. Notification for EU customers

According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:

1. the supply of goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized;
2. sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and thus aren't suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons,

therefore Printful reserves rights to refuse returns at its sole discretion.

This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.
